Riverfront Sites

Seasonal: $3,500 plus electric*

(April 1 to November 1)

Full Hook Up Sites

Includes Water/Sewer

Monthly: $625/month, plus electric*

(Year Round)

Seasonal Lots at $4,000 plus electric*

(April to November 1)

Seasonal: $3,250 plus electric*

Woodland Sites

Campsite Cancellation Policy. All seasonal reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions.
Cancellation Policy All reservations require the full reservation cost upon booking. Deposits will be forfeited for all cancellations.

*Seasonal sites require a $500 reservation deposit due by October 31, 2023.  The reservation deposit will be credited toward the total amount due.  See office for details, restrictions may apply.
